Personalized items can’t be returned for a change of mind, because they are printed with the photo, name, or pattern from the order.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it for free. Report it with a photo within 14 days of delivery to colecollins763@gmail.com. Include the order id and what went wrong.
